White Nights is back at Arena Club on July 16th and will bring with it a nicely balanced and diverse selection of DJs. Cocoon affiliated Tolga Fidan joins Oshana of the Brouqade imprint, Rooted’s Patrice Meiner and residents Harry Leath and Tomash Ghz.
After years of honing his skills as a bass guitarist, Tolga Fidan burst onto the electronic music scene back in 2006 with a series of fresh sounding releases as Vakant’s youngest talent. Sven Väth took a particular liking to Tolga’s early production and propelled his sound into the consciousness of many house fans by including two of Tolga’s releases in early Cocoon compilations. Since then his constantly morphing arrangement and eclectic sound design have earned him admiration from all over the world.
Unlike Fidan, Oshana is brand new to Berlin but has taken to it like a fish to water, quickly finding herself playing residencies at respected venues such as Club der Visionäre. The notoriously critical Berlin crowd has welcomed the fresh sound of Oshana with open arms and we’re proud to have her on our lineup this July.
Joining Fidan and Oshana is Patrice Meiner and residents Harry Leath and Tomash Ghz. Patrice is a very well travelled and active DJ, having previously held a residency at Costa Rica’s famous Vertigo club and released records on several top labels. We also welcome technical expert Tomash Ghz to play his first DJ set as White Nights resident.
Doors open at midnight and entrance is 10€.
