We spent a week at Guesthouse 21 and I can't rate the place and the service highly enough. Would like to keep it as our little secret but the service and attention we received contibuted to an ideal Berlin holiday. Perfect location a short stroll (or stumble) to many venues. Large clean , airy and tastefully furnished rooms. Pleasant, attentive and professional hospitality from genuinely nice hosts. Just about everything you could want has been thought of. Free computer access, bikes to ride around the city. Maik even did our washing for us. Thanks Maik, Daniel (& Barbour the spanish water hound)- we will be definately be back. If you own a gay business, check out Guesthouse 21 for a brilliant example of how it should be done properly. 5 stars all round!

I booked the hotel several months in advance of Folsom Europe because of friend's recommendation.
One month prior to our arrival, they wrote to confirm our reservation. We shortened our stay from 11 days to one week. They wrote back and canceled our reservation. Outrageous. They forced us to scramble for housing.
Throughout the correspondence, they were unprofessional. I spoke with the friend who recommended it. He said another friend reported similar experience and recommended that I write this review.
So, what do you say?
