Mercure Hotel & Residenz Berlin Checkpoint Charlie

(2 Ratings)
One of Berlin's longer-named hotels, and central too

A 135-room hotel that is very centrally located, though in a quiet spot near Checkpoint Charlie and within easy reach of Friedrichstraße and Gendarmenmarkt, and subtly northeast of all things gay in Schöneberg. One of Berlin's several Mercure hotels, from the French group Accor, which also owns the Ibis, Novotel and Sofitel outlets, not to mention North American giant Motel 6. U-Bahns: Stadtmitte and Kochstraße.
