Among the city's finest schnitzels
An unusually warm-feeling restaurant in the vein of a hunting lodge, and not without its antlers, Austria gives its culinary intentions away with its name, and since 1993 has served proper and freshly prepared versions of schnitzels (veal or pork), dumplings, black pudding (Blunzen), potato salad and green salad, the latter of which is more special than it sounds.
