Il Casolare

(1 Rating)
Thin crust in Kreuzberg

Very possibly Kreuzberg's most revered pizza establishment, Il Casolare serves fresh and tasty thin-crust pizzas and is located near gay-trendy Kottbusser Tor. The pizzas are not quite as wet and sexy as they could be, so one might consider asking for a splash more of both sauce and oil prior to baking. The name translates as 'the cottage' (but nothing to do with [gay] cottaging of the UK variety). Opened 1998. U-Bahn: Kottbusser Tor.
