Immensely popular, near-crazed (read: stimulated), DJ-driven club started in September 2009 by Italian DJ/producer duo Giacomo Garavelloni and Giovanni Turco (collectively known as Discodromo), who'd arrived in Berlin the year before. Attracts the full whack of gay men, many lured by name DJs. Perhaps a bit now institutionalised-nouveau/gay arrivé for some, but still a good thing, with the emphasis on fun, described by one punter in 2018 as "gay people in all their glory and misery, like on a village fair". Motto = "inspiration, relaxation and collective pleasure". The club has roved round the city, from Mitte to Kreuzberg to Neukölln, back to Mitte and then back to Neukölln where, until its closure on 2 February 2020, found the most famous outlet for its mojo: at Griessmühle, Sonnenallee 221 (sadly now being redeveloped). A December 2022 event took place at the Wintergarten (Wiesenweg 1–4).
