Grosse Freiheit 114

(5 Ratings)
Nautical cruising

Local and frisky Friedrichshain bar adorned with enough nautical paraphernalia to make any sexy sailor feel at home. Streetlight lamps, neon and disco balls light the way. The bar's name makes reference to the famous street of sexual liberation located just north of the Reeperbahn in Hamburg, home town of this bar's owner. Music includes 80s pop, house, electro, techno und minimal. Plus Saturday DJs, regular drinks specials and themed nights and sessions, from the shirtless to the sporty/baggy/sneakered. The name translates as 'Big Freedom'. Now closed Sunday and Monday. S-Bahn/U-Bahn: Warschauer Straße and U-Bahn: Frankfurter Tor.
