Perfect for the Price

Ideally situated in the heart of Schöneberg. Really large rooms at a super cheap rate. Recommend you take a room on courtyard side as they are quieter. Downsides are that there are only 2 bathrooms for 7 rooms (1 of which has a hot water tank that runs out quickly and is slow to reheat). Breakfast was serviceable, but don;t expect an elegant spread. Mike the owner was very nice in reducing my rate due to hot water issue.

Perfect for budget traveller

This place was spot on for what i was looking for. Cheap rate and right in the middle of the gay district plus only a short walk to main shopping areas where hop on hop off buses are. Rooms were simple but large and clean. Owners were very friendly and nice big breakfast included in rate. My only one complaint would be the shower heads need to be changed or tightened

It doesn't get any better than this.

We spent a week at Guesthouse 21 and I can't rate the place and the service highly enough. Would like to keep it as our little secret but the service and attention we received contibuted to an ideal Berlin holiday. Perfect location a short stroll (or stumble) to many venues. Large clean , airy and tastefully furnished rooms. Pleasant, attentive and professional hospitality from genuinely nice hosts. Just about everything you could want has been thought of. Free computer access, bikes to ride around the city. Maik even did our washing for us. Thanks Maik, Daniel (& Barbour the spanish water hound)- we will be definately be back. If you own a gay business, check out Guesthouse 21 for a brilliant example of how it should be done properly. 5 stars all round!
