Despite the name, there's more than one apartment to be had under Tom's demain, with a total of nine situated in a tiny radius in and around Tom's Hotel, located ever so gay-centrally in the heart of the Motzstraße. Basic and inexpensive. Can accommodate up to four people. U-Bahn: Nollendorfplatz. Closed in late 2023 (along with Tom's Hotel), with Tom's Bar closing February 2024.
