Popular 60-room budget-friendly boutique hotel, with decent-sized 45 doubles and 15 rather poky singles. Opened 1994, now with same owner but different manager. No gym, but normally there's a "wellness area" with steam bath, reflexology, massage and acupuncture (but this being renovated and unavailable in 2023). Located in a leafy and quiet but not dull Wilmersdorf side street, one minute south of the Kurfürstendamm (with myriad consumer options), and just west of all things gay in Schöneberg.
