Tasty and freshly prepared Greek classics and staples, from souvlaki and lamb shish to grilled octopus via gyros flatbread sandwiches, tzatziki, salad, chips and more. The location is super gay-friendly: just a few minutes south of Nollendorfplatz at the north-west corner of Winterfeldplatz. The room is a bit on the drab side while near-always busy, but there's a small and intimate adjacent takeaway room with a few high tables and stools – with kitchen in view – that has more buzz and spirit. Outdoor seating is available but rather limited. Very popular, and for a good reason, so it's best to book. A pleasingly, conventionally manly atmosphere without being toxically masculine. Opened 2008. One of the few establishments whose opening hours have not shrunk since the pandemic.
