A high-end breakfast concept restaurant opened in October 2020 and overseen by Maximiliane Wetzel, Martin Pöller and Lukas Mann, all with top-grade restaurant, hotel and/or kitchen backgrounds. The 9am–4pm menu, marked by "modern interpretations of breakfast standards and seasonal specials", includes items such as a chicken/waffle combo, a breakfast burrito, eggs benedict caviar and a frittata (aka Bauernfrühstück...though not quite a perfect match), with truffle butter among the condiment extras. Atmosphere is "casual but professional". Already a gay destination, and in July 2022 the menu featured a "CSD (Christopher Street Day) special dessert". Some may find the food on the fussy side, and many will be appalled at being charged €3.50 (per person) for filtered tap water (with none of the free stuff available). Located just a few minutes' walk from Nollendorplatz. A second branch in Mitte/Kreuzberg, near the Jüdisches Museum, opened in the summer of 2023 (Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz 9).
