An early 1980s restaurant that changed hands and decor in 2014, with a weekly changing menu alongside staples such as schnitzels, burgers, pastas, mushroom-based items and meals with potatoes, plus strudel and Kaiserschmarrn. Lunch starts at 11am but breakfast is served until 4pm. The kitchen closes at about 10pm, with the restaurant remaining open well after midnight depending on the crowd. Located directly next door to Russian neighbour Potemkin [see entry], overlooking the rather lovely Viktoria-Luise-Platz – a quiet oasis just six minutes south of the Fuggerstraße. Named after the capital of Uruguay. U-Bahn: Viktoria-Luise-Platz.
