Treasured establishment serving consistently delicious food, from Wiener Schnitzel and noodles and roasted things to Apfelstrudel and Kaiserschmarrn, with likewise care in the wine selection. This is a high-quality restaurant that happens to be located on the gay catwalk in Schöneberg. Outdoor seating provides optimal positioning for registering male passersby — especially during the Easter and Folsom Europe leather/rubber/etc weekends — while enjoying quality food and conversazione. The schnitzel quality can veer from A to B+ depending on house temperament, but  either way it ranks as the best in the gay ghetto. Indoors, the room at the back is cosy if a bit cramped. Try for one of the raised tables at the front or, best of all, outside.
