Guesthouse 21 is extremely unprofessional

I booked the hotel several months in advance of Folsom Europe because of friend's recommendation. One month prior to our arrival, they wrote to confirm our reservation. We shortened our stay from 11 days to one week. They wrote back and canceled our reservation. Outrageous. They forced us to scramble for housing. Throughout the correspondence, they were unprofessional. I spoke with the friend who recommended it. He said another friend reported similar experience and recommended that I write this review.
