The colourfully cluttered shop window hints at the generous selection of cakes within, from marmorkuchen (marble cake) and tarts to schwarzwaelder-kirschtorte (Black Forest gateau) and the simple and delicious Butterblechkuchen. In short, solidly skilled baking, great textures, fine nuances and no sugar overloads.
