In my last trip to Berlin I got to spend a some time in juniper, I really enjoyed every time I was there. The food is delicious and the drinks during an afterwards were fantastic as well. The service was perfect and they spoke both German and English which was extremely helpful. The masculine atmosphere and cool style makes this a restaurant that I will definitely be visiting again.

although in some respects its ultra modern 'international style,' marginally high pricing and off the beaten track location may allow one pause to hesitate in a city known for its unusual affordability and laissez-faire interpretation of urbanity , the long-awaited and highly anticipated blossoming of the shared vision of the founders of "juniper" has been executed with a combination of taste, style and exuberant but classy fun. berliners and visitors alike have both reviled and proudly embraced the moniker of "poor but sexy". in this light, juniper offers exceptionally tasty and thoughtfully prepared offerings, influenced by the fusion trends of the past decade, at prices that would not allow many patrons to visit other than for celebratory occasions. if the matter of cost were to be adjusted to those in keeping with the berliner portmonaie, i am convinced that the juniper bush will continue thrive and bare exceptional fruit! Well done Adam, Davey and Paul. Drei mal hoch!

Juniper Kitchen and Bar is really a place to be. Amazing restaurant with great atmosphere , food and cocktails and very friendly and chatty staff. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Looking for a great place to have dinner and amazing cocktails with homemade Gin :-) well Juniper is the place to be. In the Axel hotel and one street away from the main gay bars of Schönenberg, great place to have some dinner and warm up drinks before a crazy night out on the town. :-))

Fabulous new gay restaurant in the Axel Hotel

The previous restaurant is gone and this newcomer has stepped it up to create a fun dining experience in a trendy setting. I highly recommend the homemade Ravioli Pillows with Sage, or the chicken stuffed with ricotta and the flavor of juniper berries. Wash it all down with one of their tasty cocktails made from their own Gin! Bravo
