Three bear/bear-hugging homosexuals — an Irishman, Englishman and American — opened this light and airy indoor/outdoor restaurant at the Axel Hotel in January 2016, in the space previously occupied by Hamburger Mary's. Retro burgers and novelty atmosphere have been replaced by modern European takes on rack of lamb and green risotto, served in a coolly stylish setting. What a blast we had here ! Great food, great value (it was less than €30 each !) ... Davey, the man in charge was on brilliant form the nights I have been there ... Highly recommended !

Fun new Schöneberg restaurant that's a step up
Beautifully redesigned space in the Axel Hotel, serving a delicious menu of international cuisine. Definitely a step up from the traditional Schöneberg options! Try the rack of lamb or duck.
